1. Use of Our Services
Our services include booking author-led tours in Southern Morocco, Sahara expeditions, and artisan workshops (e.g., silversmithing). You agree to:

You must be at least 18 years old to book tours or workshops. If you’re booking for a group, you’re responsible for ensuring everyone complies with these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
Reservations: To book a tour or workshop, you’ll need to provide details like your name, email, and payment info. Bookings are confirmed only after we recieve payment (oops, meant receive).
Payments: We accept major credit cards and other methods listed at checkout. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation policies vary by tour. Check your booking confirmation for details. Generally, cancellations made 30+ days before the tour start date may receive a partial refund, minus a processing fee. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the tour.
Changes: We may need to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or local conditions (e.g., a sandstorm in the Sahara). We’ll do our best to keep you informed and provide alternatives.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
You’re responsible for:
Obtaining valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visas) for Morocco.
Ensuring you’re physically fit for activities like hiking or camel treks—some tours can be tough!
Following local laws, customs, and guide instructions during tours.
Respecting Berber communities, their culture, and property.
4. Liability and Risk
Travel, especially in remote areas like the Atlas Mountains or Sahara, involves risks. While we prioritize safety, you acknowledge:
BerberSilver is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during tours, except where required by law.
You participate at your own risk in activities like 4x4 expeditions or artisan workshops.
We’re not responsible for events beyond our control, like natural disasters, political unrest, or flight delays.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost belongings.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on berbersilver.com (e.g., photos, tour descriptions, logos) is owned by BerberSilver LLC or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our permission. Feel free to share our site link, though—we love the enthusiasm!
6. User Conduct
When using our website or contacting us, you agree not to:
Post or send harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Attempt to access restricted parts of our site or systems.
Spam our contact forms (nobody’s got time for that).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota. If you’re joining us from outside the US, you agree to this jurisdiction.
